SHAOLIN MARTIAL ARTS: KUNG-FU & TAI CHI
Shao-Lin (Shaolin) Kung-fu (Gong fu or Kung Fu) is a 1500 year old system of Chinese martial arts developed by the monks in Honan Province for health, mental and physical conditioning, and self-defense. This system of Shaolin martial arts continues to be taught and overseen today by Sin Kwang Thé, the current 10th degree Shaolin Grandmaster (pictured below). It encompasses empty hand, weapon, and animal styles. Internal areas include Tai Chi, Pa Kua, Hsing-I, and ancient breathing & meditation techniques.
